You may return most new, unopened items within 5 days of delivery for a full refund.
If the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Perishable items (such as food, sweets, and chocolates) cannot be returned or refunded due to their sensitive nature and hygiene purspose.
Items that are used or not in their original condition are not eligible for return.
