Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to check the shipping progress.
Our shipping partners do not call before delivering nor re-direct the parcel to any other address.
We strongly recommend providing a correct and complete address at which someone will be present to receive the package.
If the Recipient is Not at Home to receive the parcel, Courier/Postman may leave it at the post box or doorsteps. Sometimes, the customer may have to pick it up from the nearest post office.
We do not provide a refund for perishable goods.
